We would like to thank all of the following people for allowing us to purchase their collection of artifacts. Now we can share them all around the world with those who also have the interest that either they or their loved ones had in artifacts.

We were able to purchase the Ron Poore Collection in 2007. We would like to give special thanks to him for all the time he spent with us and in hunting artifacts for over 30 years. He did a fine job in cataloging his collection. - His collection consisted of a wide variety of points all found along the Mississippi River areas of Calhoun and Pike County in Illinois and Pike and Lincoln Counties in Missouri. These 4 counties were only divided by the river. Ron collected during the late 1950's and 1960's.  We were able to display part of the collection at the Owensboro, Ky. Show in August of 2007.

In 2007 we were also able to purchase the Tom & Rolene Brumley Collection of Texas Artifacts - These artifacts were collected by Rolene, her sister and mother back near the lake and along the river near where they lived. They had also collected while living in California by Rolene, her sister and mother while living near Buena Vista and Taft, California in the 1970's when the area had some flooding after being in a drought for sometime and we have on display part of that collection also. Tom & Rolene have even been so kind as to donate their library of books about artifacts to the museum to expand our knowledge so that we can share it with others.
